As a strong Sales Manager /strong, you’ll play a key role in leading the team to drive growth by connecting our innovative travel technology solutions with customers worldwide. This internal opportunity is perfect for someone passionate about virtual selling, building strong relationships, sales team management and delivering tangible business results—all while collaborating with a global, supportive team /p pstrong Team management and sales analysis: /strong /pulli Drives the preparation of the weekly, monthly or quarterly sales plan and identification of the target customer and prospect groups based on pipeline, upcoming renewals, and product fit per customer, using dedicated analytical tools in Qlick and CRM. /lili Actively participate in campaign-driven sales activities by distributing campaign-generated leads to the right seller, analyzing outcomes (e.g., webinars), and logging all activities accurately in the CRM and monitoring the KPI’s related to lead conversion for the team. /lili Uses profitability analysis to support team in defining the right approach towards customers to maintain optimal service levels (not under- or over-service). /lili Monitor and manage pipeline velocity to ensure healthy opportunity flow and achievement of sales targets. /li /ul pstrong Selling activity: /strong /pulli Convert inbound and outbound leads into revenue through consultative, value-driven sales conversations, using virtual selling tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.) and meeting defined activity and coverage targets. /lili Prepare proposals and quotations in line with approved pricing; negotiate commercial terms and successfully close net-new, cross-sell, up-sell, and renewal opportunities. /lili Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building long-term relationships and sharing customer feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence to enhance the overall customer experience. /lili Promote Amadeus products, services, and solutions through virtual meetings, webinars, digital events, and roadshows, delivering compelling demos and business-focused presentations. /lili Support customer onboarding and adoption using digital tools, clearly articulating Amadeus’ value proposition and guiding customers through implementation processes. /li /ul pstrong Marketing and digitalization: /strong /pulli Participates in sales campaign design and contributes to marketing campaigns aimed at acquisition, IT sales, and product adoption. /lili Supports adoption of sales and marketing materials related to Inside Sales products and services. /lili Participates actively in the improvement of sales automation/digitalization, aiming at touchless processes and services for the long tail of customers (contract renewals, automated lead generation). /li /ul pstrong Requirements /strong : /pulli Ability to identify new business opportunities and effectively qualify leads. /lili Good understanding of remote sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM tools. /lili Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to explain product concepts and business value. /lili Proven relationship-building and influencing skills across different stakeholder levels. /lili Team leadership and management skills /lili Solid negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and confidence in handling challenging conversations. /lili Proficiency in Spanish, English and german /lili A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within diverse, international teams. /li /ul pstrong Apply to our offer… /strong /pp If you are passionate about technologies /pp If you define yourself as a team worker /pp If you want to work with a multidisciplinary and international team /pp If you want to be part of a company which is permanently expanding and growing /pp If you want to work in an international environment /p pstrong Our offering: /strong /pp You will grow professionally in a company in constant development and evolution. /pp You will benefit from a personalized follow-up of your professional projects as close as possible to your ambitions. /pp You will make a real contribution to the company's development in real time. /pp️ You will enjoy 23 days of vacation. /pp You will join our team: diverse, multicultural and constantly growing. /pp You will have days full of good energy and good atmosphere. /p
