We are looking for Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team, within the framework of our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion policies and in compliance with Spanish legislation on the employment of people with disabilities.
If you are an empathetic person, a good listener, solution-oriented and a team player, this role could be a great fit for you. In this position, you will act as a Customer Support Advisor for Booking, supporting international travelers and accommodation partners worldwide.
Your role will include:
* Managing customer inquiries related to services, payments and technical matters.
* Providing accurate and professional information via phone and email.
* Acting as an effective mediator between customers and accommodation providers.
* Following established internal processes to ensure high-quality service in all interactions.
Requirements
Fundamental Requirements and Attributes:
* Valid disability certificate, in accordance with Spanish law.
* C2 level of Spanish and B2 level of English, both written and spoken.
* Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
* Comfortable using Office 365 and able to quickly learn CRM and internal systems.
* At least 6 months in a customer-facing role or equivalent training.
* Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and customer-focused mindset.

* Salary: €18.395 gross per year.
* 38.5 hours/week, rotational shifts between 09:00–20:00 (Mon–Sun).
* Available Schedule: Rotational shift between 09:00 and 20:00h
* Initially a Temporary Contract with the potential to convert to a Permanent contract long-term, based on business requirements
* Holidays: 27 working days per year
