The Role
* Own and grow the DACH market
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives
* Remain hands-on in closing mid-market deals
* Build pipeline and drive revenue across a defined ICP
* Partner closely with founders and GTM leadership
* Help shape the go-to-market strategy as the company scales

What We're Looking For
* Proven success as an AE selling into DACH (mid-market/enterprise SaaS)
* Either:
* A top performer ready for a first leadership role, or
* An existing Team Lead looking for more ownership and impact
* Strong track record of closing deals and exceeding quota
* Experience in coaching, mentoring, or leading others
* Fluent German + English
