Melt Group is currently recruiting a Plant Controller for an industrial company with a production site located near Valencia.Part of an international group, this position will play a key role in overseeing the site’s financial performance, working closely with operational teams to improve visibility, control and decision-making across the plant. We're looking for a profile with strong financial expertise, solid knowledge of industrial environments, and the ability to lead and develop a local team.Main responsibilities:Act as the finance lead at plant level, managing full P&L, closings, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Monitor cost performance and provide insight on profitability by product line and process.Lead the preparation of financial reports, KPIs, and business reviews for the site’s leadership team.Supervise cost accounting, inventory control and ensure accurate financial data.Partner closely with operations and supply chain teams to drive performance and efficiency.Support investment analysis, financial planning and continuous improvement projects.Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with group financial procedures.Lead and develop the local finance and administration team.Requirements:University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar.Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial roles within an industrial or manufacturing context.Strong background in financial control, cost analysis and business performance.Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems.Fluency in both English and Spanish.Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.What we offer:A key role within a stable and reputable industrial company.Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and responsibilityExposure to an international group environment and global reporting standards.Full ownership of financial processes at site level, with autonomy and decision-making capacityA stable, long-term project within a well-established industrial group.
