Experteer Overview In this role you support the TDBOA area within Airbus Digital at Getafe, aligning MES applications with project and service needs. You’ll work closely with product management and technical teams to capture complex requirements, propose IT solutions, and ensure seamless service delivery. You will drive end-to-end lifecycle activities for the Digital AIRPOWER app and related components, while monitoring SLAs and coordinating multiple Digital Departments. - Lead discovery sessions to capture customer requirements and identify automation opportunities
- Translate business needs into IT requirements and participate in solution design
- Act as liaison between Product Management and technical resources during development and implementation
- Contribute to all phases of the application development life cycle (research, design, build, test, implement, support)
- Ensure end-to-end accountability for the Digital AIRPOWER app and coordinate multiple Digital Departments
- Monitor SLAs and manage incidents, problems, changes, configurations, and events
- Oversee provisioning of software packages and upgrades, ensuring reliability and availability
- Support integration of IT components following Enterprise Architecture guidelines
- Assist in product/service lifecycle management and chargeback model definitions
- Develop understanding of customer processes and provide documentation of challenges and benefitsResponsabilidades
- Engineering degree or related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in Digital Service and development
- Knowledge of .NET solution
- Experience with manufacturing/MRO processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High adaptability and ability to work in a network model
- Proficiency in English (advanced) and Spanish (native)
