Hiring for a Chinese leading motor vehicle company
Responsibilities:
⚫ Provide legal support and advice on business operations in Spain and the EU.
⚫ Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
⚫ Ensure compliance with Spanish, Catalan, and EU laws and regulations.
⚫ Support the establishment and implementation of the company’s compliancemanagement system.
⚫ Handle legal disputes, claims, and litigation, coordinating with external law firmswhen necessary.
⚫ Provide guidance on labor law, data protection (GDPR), and corporategovernance matters.
⚫ Conduct legal risk assessments and deliver solutions to mitigate potential risks.
⚫ Prepare regular legal reports and updates for management and HQ.
⚫ Support training sessions to enhance legal and compliance awareness within thecompany.
Requirements:
⚫ Bachelor’s degree or above in Law;
admission to practice law in Spain preferred.
⚫ 8+ years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in multinational companies. MUST IN MANUFACTURING COMPANY.
⚫ Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law, commercial law, Catalan law, and EU compliance requirements.
⚫ Experience in GDPR, corporate governance, and compliance systems.
⚫ Fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English;
Chinese is a plus.
⚫ Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
⚫ Strong communication and problem-solving skills with business-oriented thinking.
⚫ Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
