✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
+5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in large corporate environments.
Strong expertise in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and stakeholder management.
Proven knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Experience in business process modeling and supporting testing phases.
**Tools**: Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Power BI (or similar).
Fluent English (C1/native); French is a plus.
Based in Valencia, Madrid, or Barcelona with a hybrid working model.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Lead workshops with stakeholders to analyze and define business requirements.
Translate needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
Support solution design, testing, and deployment.
Ensure traceability between requirements and deliverables.
Act as the bridge between business teams and IT departments.
Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Deliver documentation and reporting aligned with project governance.
