The Senior Economy Designer will be responsible for the game’s economy. This includes ongoing balancing and optimizations, economy design for new events and features, collaborating with seasoned game leads, product managers, and design teams to create engaging experiences for our players. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliModel and balance complex systems in the game to maintain a healthy and growing game economy /liliMonitor, tune and optimize game features and IAP purchases to drive player engagement and growth in important KPIs /liliPerform ongoing data analysis, A / B testing, and advanced control models to predict outcomes of changes /liliManage the economy and pricing of virtual goods, balance between free content versus paid /liliHave a deep understanding of players’ behavior, and how different groups of customers behave differently, to inform the design and balance of the economy /liliYou will work closely with our Product Managers, Game Design and Live Operations teams in order to design the desired game experiences /li /ulh3What You Bring /h3ulli5 years of experience working in a similar role.
