Our client is an international industrial company with a strong footprint in the automotive sector, recognised for its focus on innovation, operational excellence and continuous improvement. The organisation operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, offering exposure to global processes and collaboration with international teams.
Responsibilities
- Driving the planning and forecasting cycles in close collaboration with operational managers
- Delivering accurate and timely management reporting to local leadership and group controlling
- Performing variance analysis, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions
- Monitoring KPI performance and leading discussions with management around target achievement
- Executing monthly SAP CO closings and analysing financial results
- Preparing business performance analyses and management reports
- Supporting the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, including inventory valuation and risk assessment
- Contributing to the preparation of board-level presentations and business reviews
- Conducting ad-hoc financial xpzdshu analyses and supporting strategic decision-making
- Developing business cases and evaluating investment opportunities
- Identifying and driving continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes
