What you will do
Financial Target Delivery:
❑ Deliver / enable net sales targets in area of expertise / specific categories.
❑ Support to deliver on the financial targets (top and bottom line) on the respective areas of responsibility.
Accelerate Sales Funnel:
❑ Drives opportunity management, creates solutions, quote and present to customers with a value selling approach. Negotiates / closes deals in alignment with Sales Managers.
❑ Leverages on identified customer needs within area of expertise to generate & nurture leads and opportunities. Cross / Up-sell products and solutions.
❑ Proactive identification of leads in defined areas of responsibility.
❑ Supports marketing and drives customer presentations / workshops / webinars to generate leads & customer interest for specific categories or customer segments.
❑ Supports creation, implementation and follow-up of sales objectives in accounts plans in collaboration with Services Account Managers.
❑ Drives product deployment plans of Services products in collaboration with Portfolio Management.
❑ Identify portfolio gaps or opportunities based on interaction with customers and address with respective Product Managers, Sales Support and Portfolio Managers.
❑ Collaborates with external suppliers.
Customer relationship:
❑ Ensure service plans contribution, reflect the time bound objectives & opportunities and are executed successfully.
❑ Build and cultivate strong understanding, relationship & alignment with right stakeholders mapping different decision makers, their drivers (policies thereof)
❑ Understand customer needs and pain points to generate new business and offer profitable value offerings by using complete services portfolio
❑ Amplify customer’s voice by identifying gaps across customer touchpoints and closing the loop with customers.
Commercial Compliance:
Understand & comply with Tetra Pak's Commercial practices framework (including Pricing, Contract terms & Authorisation matrix), regulatory framework & general code of conduct. Manage proper & timely documentation.
We believe you have
1. 3 years’ experience in processing engineering or technical sales, along with 4 years in a corporate environment.
2. Degree in engineering, with practical experience in food industry processing.
3. Sales experience and strong commercial acumen.
4. Language skills – fluent in Spanish & English, Portuguese will be highly valued.
5. Proven customer-facing experience.
6. Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and resolve cross-functional challenges by fostering collaboration, aligning objectives, and driving strategic outcomes across departments.
7. Willingness to travel around 40% of the time.
