We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant specializing in Spanish Payroll for a full-time position. The role includes providing configuration support during the project's implementation phase, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering ongoing support for the SAP HCM environment after go-live.
Your Responsibilities
Implementation & Testing
- Configure SAP HCM PY module with a focus o n Spanish Payroll
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Ensure compliance with Spanish labour laws and payroll regulations.
- Prepare and execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for payroll processes.
- Preparing documentation, test scenarios, and supporting UAT.
Service Delivery & Support
- Provide support for a newly implemented customer SAP HCM environments.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.
- Manage change requests and enhancements in line with customer needs.
Education and experience
- Strong hands‐on experience in SAP HCM Spanish Payroll configuration.
- Knowledge of Time Management module (advantageous).
- Proven track record in implementation projects and AMS support.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines. Fluent Spanish ( or near‐native level).
- Good command in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem‐solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
