As a Solution Architect, you define the high-level structure of web systems, translating business needs into a scalable, secure technical blueprint. You govern technology choices, standards, and cross-border integration with the mother company’s processes. You lead onboarding, mentorship, and alignment with business goals within a global, compliant framework. You shape architectures and ensure reliable, secure delivery at scale, working closely with cross-functional teams.

• Govern tech stack choices and standards; ensure scalability, security, and performance
• Lead onboarding and ensure adoption of the mother company culture and processes
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, documentation, and compliance
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams
• Ensure architecture meets business goals and budget constraints
• Communicate complex decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support CI/CD, deployment, and continuous integration practices
• Coordinate with architects from the Mother Company and address software development needs

• Assist in incident root-cause analysis and propose improvements
• Identify and resolve critical software/hardware interface challenges
• Guide developers to resolve issues and support their developments
Responsabilidades
• Architectural leadership in designing complex web systems using modern frontend and backend frameworks
• Strong backend focus with scalable API design and service-oriented patterns
• Proficiency in asynchronous/reactive programming and data streams
• Expertise in Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes (or OpenShift)
• Hands-on security governance (OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP)
• CI/CD design and implementation (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Tekton, GitOps, xpzdshu ArgoCD)
• Advanced data modeling for SQL and NoSQL
• Scripting in Bash for automation
• Advanced Git skills with branching and code reviews
• Experience with On-premise, Cloud, and Hybrid architectures
• Microservices design and decoupling of monoliths
• Event-driven middleware (Kafka or RabbitMQ)
• Web infrastructure and server optimization (Nginx, Tomcat)
• Agile governance in Scrum/Kanban
• Software industrialization and automated software factories
• Technical documentation and UML modeling; Jira for lifecycle management
• JSON Schema/XML/XSD data exchange standards
