Career Services Assistant

Permanent contract / Marbella, Spain

Requirements:

* Administrative diploma or related experience.
* Customer Services oriented personality.
* Team player and attention to detail.
* Great organizational skills.
* Strong administrative skills. At ease with the use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)
* Fluent in English & Spanish, other languages are a plus.

Career Services Department

The Career Services department at Les Roches Global Hospitality Education plays a key role in supporting student & alumni employability and enhancing Les Roches’ global reputation, being the link between the industry and the school.

Type of contract: 50% for the first 6 months and 100% from January 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

* Administrative tasks: Prepare internship agreements, attestations, certificates, update database, etc.
* Student Relations: Provide services & information to students on matters related to Career Services, through phone calls and emails.
* Industry Relations & Events Coordination: Assist the Career Services team with administration tasks related to the organization of events, such as making hotel room reservations, classroom reservations, and other clerical tasks.
* Other Career Services tasks or assignments established by the head of the department.
