Our client, a leading company in the tech industry, is looking for a UX/UI Designer for its office in Valencia.
Key Responsibilities
\ * Lead user research initiatives, including interviews and usability testing, to gather valuable insights and inform design decisions.
\ * Design user flows, journeymaps, and wireframes to visualize user journeys and simplify complex processes.
\ * Create aesthetically pleasing and consistent designs that reflect the brand's identity while ensuring optimal user experience.
\ * Produce high-fidelity prototypes and mockups, collaborating with developers to ensure precision in execution.
\ * Work alongside product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to iterate and refine designs throughout the development lifecycle.
\ * Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating the latest UX/UI practices and emerging technologies into your work.
\ * Perform competitive analysis and research to drive continuous design improvements and innovation.

3+ years of experiencein UX/UI design, preferably within digital products or fintech.
\ * Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with a proven ability to create detailed prototypes and design systems.
\ * A strong portfolio demonstrating your experience with both UX research and visual design, showcasing a deep understanding of interaction design principles.
\ * Fluency in English is required;
proficiency in Russian is a plus.
\ * Familiarity with agile methodologies and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.
\ * Solid knowledge of user-centered design principles and accessibility guidelines.
