About the role ✍


You’ll work closely with the CEO to translate business needs into tech solutions—evaluating, selecting, and implementing tools that make the company faster, more agile, and more scalable.

You’ll need to think like a systems architect with a SaaS-first mindset, acting as the link between business, operations, and technology in a startup without a large internal tech team (yet).


What You’ll Do 👩‍💻 👨‍💻


* Understand the leadership's strategic vision and turn it into clear functional requirements.
* Identify and compare existing SaaS tools (CRM, automations, BI, ERP, etc.) to solve company needs without building from scratch.
* Lead the end-to-end selection and onboarding of external vendors or tech consultants.
* Design scalable workflows using no-code or low-code tools (e.g. Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Make).
* Coordinate the implementation and integration of tools, ensuring alignment with business KPIs.
* Monitor impact and usage, suggest improvements, and ensure adoption.
* Act as a translator between technical vendors and internal teams (leadership, operations, marketing, etc.).
* Where necessary, oversee the build of tailored solutions in a lightweight, agile way.

What We’re Looking For 🧐

Experience

* 3–5 years of experience in digital product management, SaaS projects, or tech consultancy roles.
* Previous experience in startups or fast-paced environments highly valued.
* Experience implementing and scaling tools with minimal internal tech support is a big plus.


Tools & Systems Familiarity

* CRM: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho
* Automation: Make, Zapier, ActiveCampaign
* Internal systems: Notion, Odoo, Holded
* BI & dashboards: Looker, Power BI
* Team collaboration: Slack, Trello, ClickUp
* Working knowledge of APIs and system integrations (functional level)
