Job Purpose
At Vueling, we are looking for a profile capable of managing the adaptation of our Operations Manual (and Associated Manuals) related to Ground Operations procedures, with the aim of tailoring them to the different types of aircraft in the company's fleet.
Main Accountabilities
* Is accountable for ensuring that operational procedures and manuals are effectively adapted to meet the specific requirements of each fleet type.
* Is accountable for identifying industry trends and benchmarking ground operations practices through comprehensive market analysis.
* Is accountable for overseeing risk and change management activities to guarantee the safe and efficient implementation of new procedures and processes.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
* Study and adaptation of the Operations Manual (and associated manuals) in order to tailor it to the different types of fleet we operate.
* Conducting market studies related to ground operations procedures of other types of fleets and airlines.
* Understanding, evaluating, and managing risk assessments and management of change in order to define new procedures and processes.

Education
Degree in Aeronautical Engineering (preferred), Aeronautical Management, or related fields.
Experience
Ideally + 2 or 3 years of experience in the aviation / airline industry. Desirable on the Ground Operations area.
