These teams work across industries and areas to present various creative options for new revenue streams.Responsible for every pitch from inception to delivery, they also ensure that all new ideas are viable from a commercial perspective.
Though individual specialists are spread across the business, supporting different teams in their growth, they still come together as a function to align on key areas as often as necessary.We're looking for a Business Development Manager to work within the Growth Partnerships team and form strategic partnerships with airports.
You'll work closely with Marketing, Product, Brand, Communications, and Analytics teams to identify and pursue opportunities for revenue generation and customer acquisition.Up for the challenge?
Let's get in touch.What You'll Be DoingDeveloping and implementing sponsorship strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance Revolut's value proposition/awarenessIdentifying and securing sponsorships and advertising opportunities to enable Revolut to connect with millions of passengersNegotiating contracts and tailoring packages to align with the needs of the business whilst ensuring maximum value generation and optimising costTracking sponsorship trends to keep offerings competitive and innovativeDiving into various project and team needs, to understand business requirements and negotiate terms that'll support our operations and objectivesBuilding and maintaining solid relationships with current and prospective partners, ensuring sponsor objectives are met and customer experiences are enhancedRunning RFPs where relevant to identify the most suitable partnersManaging various projects in parallel, working at times under tight timelines, planning contingencies, and managing multiple internal and external stakeholdersConducting forward-looking analysis on current/future vendors to drive commercial savings and performance improvementsWhat You'll Need2–4 years in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or event management, with a proven track record of securing sponsorship dealsThe ability to construct, analyse, and negotiate commercial agreementsProject management experience with multiple levels of complexity across various functionsFluency in English with impeccable communication and presentation skillsExcellent business acumen and interpersonal skillsRobust analytical skillsNatural curiosity and a will to make an impactBuilding a general financial super app isn't enough.
