What You'll Do
\n
Onboard new clients and act as a trusted advisor
\n
Build and optimize PPC (Google Ads) campaigns
\n
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
\n
Drive upselling and increase client investment
\n
Manage a high volume of outbound calls and client interactions
\n
What We're Looking For
\n
C2 German + strong English
\n
2+ years in sales, digital marketing, or client-facing roles
\n
Strong communication & relationship-building skills
\n
Interest in digital marketing, PPC, and data-driven decisions
\n
Proactive, target-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
\n
What We Offer

Salary: €24,310 gross/year + up to €4,290 bonus
\n
Hybrid role in Barcelona (39h/week)
