Job Description
ACEREZ, a partnership of ACCIONA, COBRA, and Endeavour Energy, has been appointed as the network operator by EnergyCo to design, build, finance, operate, and maintain the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) transmission network. The ACCIONA COBRA Joint Venture (ACJV), the design and construct consortium, will design and build this transmission project.
The new infrastructure will deliver at least 4.5 gigawatts of capacity from 2028, connecting 7.7 gigawatts of wind and solar projects, enough to power over 2 million homes annually.

About the Role
The Training Advisor supports the delivery of internal and external training for the project, working closely with funding bodies and external providers to ensure timely and appropriate training. The role involves data collection, reporting, and supporting compliance with project requirements. Location in or willingness to relocate to the Mudgee region is highly beneficial.
* Support project induction and onboarding programs
* Coordinate training schedules and bookings for personnel
* Gather and evaluate training feedback
* Advise on training scheduling, compliance, and system management during the project lifecycle
* Develop and review project-specific training documentation
* Assist with scheduled training and compliance audits
* Collaborate with education providers and RTOs on apprenticeship and traineeship programs
* Support implementation and monitoring of the Training and Skills Management Plan (TSMP)
* Ensure accurate data collection and support compliance reporting
* Validate workforce and training data for reports and case studies
Required Skills and Competencies
* Teritary/TAFE Survey qualifications
* At least 8 years of survey experience, preferably 10+ on large civil/infrastructure projects
* High proficiency with 12d model, 12d field, and 12d Synergy
* Management experience of survey teams
* Expertise with Leica TS15/16 and Leica/Trimble GNSS equipment
* Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and work independently
* Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards on site
* Construction Induction Training (CIT/White Card) and a current Driver's License
