What will your challenge be
As a Game Designer – Online Slots, your main mission will be to lead the creative lifecycle of our games, from the initial idea to launch. You will be responsible for aligning the vision of mathematicians, artists, and programmers, while ensuring the technical and functional integrity of the final product.
What will you do Day-to-Day?
- Lead the design of new slot game concepts for the online casino market from ideation until final delivery.
- Create and maintain all game documentation (e.g., Script, Math Info, and Specifications) in a clear, complete, and accurate way, ensuring it is easily understood by all teams involved.
- Work closely with the math, graphics, sound and development teams or outsource partners to make sure the games meet the intended design.
- Track the conceptual and functional progress of each game, anticipating risks and proposing solutions to ensure the results stay true to the original intent and are delivered on time.
- Analyze market trends, competitor products and performance data to inspire new ideas or refine existing concepts.
- Translate market insights into actionable and affective design decisions.
What are we looking for in you
- Knowledge of probability and statistics to understand game mathematics.
- Strong player-centric thinking, with the ability to put yourself in the player's shoes and understand their experience and emotions while playing.
- Min three years of game design experience ideally in the online casino sector.
- Curiosity and genuine interest in the mechanics and features of all types of games.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback, balancing team suggestions with the project’s original creative goals.
- Excellent organizational and methodological skills, with a proactive mindset toward adopting new tools and improving processes to enhance team efficiency.
