Your Experience
\n
Extensive experience in the Spanish construction market, including local regulations and building practices
\n
Proven track record in major construction or project development companies
\n
Must have managed teams in a leadership capacity — project management experience alone does not qualify
\n
Strong leadership experience managing large technical teams, including architects and engineers
\n
Client‑facing experience, able to communicate effectively with high‑net‑worth clients and stakeholders
\n
Fluent in Spanish and English; German is a plus
\n
Creative mindset appreciated, but technical expertise and delivery focus are paramount
\n
EU working rights.

Your Responsibilities
\n
Lead and develop the in‑house technical team, merging architects and technical experts into a high‑performing unit
\n
Oversee construction projects end‑to‑end, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met
\n
Act as the technical authority on all projects while maintaining a strong client relationship
\n
Coordinate with design teams, project managers, and contractors to guarantee seamless execution
\n
Implement best practices, quality standards, and continuous improvements across projects
