We are currently managing a confidential search for a Sales Manager to lead business development and client growth across the European region for a global market leader in specialist solutions.
The Role
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth, retaining and developing client accounts, and identifying new business opportunities across Europe. In addition, you will manage and develop the European sales team, providing leadership, guidance, and performance management to ensure delivery of regional sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the European sales team, ensuring delivery of sales targets and professional development.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Generate new business opportunities and manage the sales process from enquiry through to order.
Implement and deliver against the Regional Sales Plan.
Conduct market segmentation and identify growth opportunities.
