Position Summary.
The Online Marketing Activation Specialist is responsible for executing the digital trade marketing strategy to maximize brand visibility and sell-through performance across our key online partners.
You will act as the bridge between Camper’s Brand Marketing teams, external agencies, and the commercial realities of marketplaces. Your primary focus will be managing marketing investments and content activation on platforms like Zalando and Amazon, ensuring that Camper’s brand equity is maintained while driving measurable commercial results.
You will be joining the Online Accounts team at our HQ in Inca. This team holds a unique dual mandate: we are responsible for the global definition of the online multi-brand channel (developing B2C and B2B capabilities) and the direct commercial management and marketing activation of general key accounts (e.G., Amazon, Zalando) and European regional leaders.
Responsibilities.
Commercial Activation, Performance & Agency Management:
- Plan and Execute Campaigns: Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns within partner ecosystems, aligning with the global commercial calendar.
- Agency Management: Coordinate and supervise external partners to ensure efficient execution and budget optimization. This includes working with Media Activation Agencies (e.G., for Amazon advertising) and Design Agencies (e.G., for specific asset adaptation).
- Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs (ROAS, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate) daily;
create performance reports and recommend budget optimizations to maximize ROI.
- Inventory Alignment: Collaborate with the sales and merchandising teams to ensure marketing pushes align with stock availability and\ "hero product\" strategies.
