About the Team Hiring
Overview
The role of a finance manager is to oversee the financial operations of a company or organization. This includes accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, risk management, and financial reporting. They are responsible for ensuring that the organization's financial goals are met, and that financial resources are used efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the accounting team or external resources.
* Reporting and control analysis in a timely manner.
* Cash management.
* Year-end statements.
* Bank relationships.
* Auditor relationships.
* Contract management: insurance, rent, car rent according to the Group policy.
* Relationships with Corporate Finance Team.
* Legal tasks with the help of the legal advisor: shareholder’s meeting, mergers, etc.
* Budget planning and forecasting.
* Implementation of new Information Systems.
* Respect of internal controls.
* Local budget gatekeeper, variance analysis.
* Business partner of Sales and tech functions.
Key Success Indicators
* Gross Margin, EBITDA, DSO.
* Team Management: attrition.
* Annual Audited Financial Statements with no reserve.
* Consistency with Sales analysis.
Responsibilities
* Accounting or Finance degree.
* 10-15 years of experience with 5 years in a similar role.
* Team Management.
* Used to monthly fast close.
Qualifications
* You love to crunch numbers.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and ERP systems is a plus.
