We are seeking an experienced and strategic

B2B Marketing Manager

to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive growth across the funnel, from lead generation to conversion.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating and managing a high-impact strategy while also mentoring and empowering a small team. As a key contributor to our growth, you’ll shape our marketing vision, develop cross-functional campaigns, and track performance to ensure we’re maximising the return on every effort.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:

Develop and own a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy focused on attracting, engaging, and converting leads across all stages of the funnel.

Set measurable objectives aligned with business goals and use data-driven insights to iterate and improve on the strategy.

Collaborate closely with sales, product, and executive teams to align on goals, messaging, and strategic initiatives.

Team Management & Development:

Manage and mentor a small marketing team of two internal people and external freelancers fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Encourage a results-driven approach, enabling team members to take ownership of decisions and optimise campaigns based on data.

Full-Funnel Campaign Development:

Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns for new product launches and lead generation, ensuring touchpoints across the funnel are aligned with the customer journey.

Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns across content, email, webinars, events, and retargeting, driving alignment across motions and channels that speak to key pain points and buyer needs.

Partner with the sales team to develop nurturing sequences and lead-scoring mechanisms that support higher conversion rates within the CRM.

Work closely with the players in our partner programme, multiplying impacts in awareness and performance, fostering commitment, proximity and a sense of belonging.

Brand Building:

Develop and refine brand positioning and messaging to strengthen brand awareness and establish our company as a thought leader within customer contact industry.

Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints, building a recognizable and respected brand identity across motions and channels.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

Establish KPIs and implement performance tracking for campaigns and overall marketing effectiveness, focusing on key metrics such as lead quality, engagement, and conversion rates.

Conduct regular analysis and reporting on marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and future growth.

Stay current on industry trends, competitive analysis, and emerging opportunities to adapt strategy accordingly.

What we are looking for

3-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong background in SaaS or technology-focused industries.

Proven experience with organising owned and partner-based in-person and online events that connect with prospects.

Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive growth across the full funnel.

Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams, with a track record of mentoring and professional development.

Strong understanding of brand building, content marketing, and audience engagement strategies.

Experience with CRM, marketing automation, tracking and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, UTMs, and AI tools.

Ability to make data-informed marketing decisions and optimise performance of campaigns independently. xsgfvud

Experience with creating marketing materials for partners a plus

Experience with Account Based Marketing to enterprise companies a plus

Experience in dealing with the BPO industry in Spain, Italy, and Latin America (desirable), and knowledge of the sector and the relationships that are established in it.
