Pay: Up to $41.05 (based on experience) + Superannuation + Benefits

Responsibilities
As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

Centrally located and handy to City, Schools, Base Hospital and Airport
Twin building 105 place centre accommodating children from 6 weeks to 5 years
We incorporate love and respect for our natural environment, and model sustainable practices within the centre.

You’ll need
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current QLD Working with Children Check
