You'll partner closely with stakeholders throughout the decision-making and talent acquisition process.We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant (International Recruiter) to join our team in Europe, Africa & Middle East.Your Role, What you will do to help us grow!* Lead full-cycle searches for all business units across corporate functions and all EMEA countries, ensuring a pipeline of high-caliber candidates to meet Corteva's strategic needs.* Experience with managing complex senior level searches.* Provide tailored expertise on sourcing methodologies within EMEA, using social media and other tools to identify specific candidate pools.* Represent and enhance Corteva's employer brand by delivering an exceptional candidate experience and promoting our values through employer branding efforts and university recruitment events.* Develop robust relationships with key external stakeholders to promote Corteva's Employee Value Proposition & Employer Brand, building a strong talent pipeline.* Partner closely with HR and business leaders as a trusted advisor, bringing market insights and strategic recruitment solutions to each search to support decision-makers.* Stay up to date with market intelligence data for strategic hiring proposals( talent mappings, niche sourcing).* Coordinate visits to Universities and early Talent events, included campaigns and marketing efforts on appropriate tools.* Participate in projects that drive innovation both within Talent Acquisition and other HR teams.Location:
* Spain and South Africa would be preferredQualifications, To cultivate what matters, you will need:
* 8+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with extensive full cycle recruiting at least 5 years managing international executive and technical searches.* Proven background in both executive search firms and in-house Talent Acquisition. Experience in agriculture or a related industry is beneficial.* Proven track record of excellence in sourcing, assessing, and delivering on challenging and complex searches.* Strong proficiency with digital and social recruiting tools with the ability to quickly adopt new technology and systems. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, Client Relationship Management systems, and other HR Analytics tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Visier analytics, Workday, Eightfold).* Demonstrated success in building and fostering strategic partnerships with stakeholders at all levels in multiple languages.* Excellence multitasking ability, capable of managing multiple recruitment initiatives and strategic projects simultaneously.* Continuous improvement mindset- flexibility to adapt to changes in systems and process according to regulations.* Fluent in English;
