They are looking for a Technical Director who will not only ensure the highest level of compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) but also bring vision, strategy, and energy to help build the next chapter from within. /p pThis is not a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. It’s for someone ready to roll up their sleeves, solve problems, drive change, and leave a lasting impact. /p h3Your key responsibilities (and why they matter) /h3 ul liEnsure GDP compliance: You will be the cornerstone that guarantees the integrity of the Quality Management System (QMS) in distribution — essential for trust from both authorities and partners. /li liDirect liaison with authorities: You will represent the company before AEMPS (Spain) and INFARMED (Portugal), acting as a key figure during inspections, audits, and regulatory validations. /li liComprehensive quality management: You will make strategic decisions on returned, withdrawn, or falsified products, approve suppliers and customers, and lead recalls with surgical precision. /li liGlobal quality involvement (20%): You will participate in international initiatives alongside the team of Technical Directors in Poland, connecting Iberia with the global quality strategy. /li liOperational leadership: Reporting to the MD, you will work from the Gavà site with a team of 12, directly leading three collaborators (operations, administration, and warehouse), driving agility and team cohesion. /li liReal transformation: You will actively contribute to the evolution of a young subsidiary backed by a strong global group — integrating processes, improving structures, and accelerating growth. /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 ul liDegree in Pharmacy and legal certification as a Responsible Person (RP) in Spain /li li5+ years of experience in GDP environments (pharma warehouses, distribution, or labs) /li liStrong expertise in QMS, recall management, and interactions with health authorities /li liFluent English (spoken and written) for international collaboration /li liStrategic thinking, hands‑on leadership, and a proactive mindset to drive real change /li liAvailability to work onsite in Gavà 3 days per week and travel occasionally within Spain and internationally (1–2 times/year) /li /ul pThis role combines the strategic weight of a leadership position with the operational proximity of a subsidiary in transformation.
