While Industry 4.0 has centered on technologies like the Internet of Things and big data, Industry 5.0 seeks to reintroduce human, environmental, and social considerations into the equation—aiming to integrate and adapt new technologies in service of employees.**Responsibilities**:- Assist with Global rollouts and project management related to Essity Connect.- Collaborate with internal Global teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption.- Drive trainings in new way of working.- Handle Employee experience and change management as a top priority towards an operator centric approach.**Build up Factory knowledge.**Developing the capabilities of engineers is critical because enhanced skills enable engineers to create innovative solutions, streamline processes, and optimize digital systems and processes. In a rapidly evolving tech landscape, skilled engineers can adapt to new tools, languages, and methodologies. Well-trained engineers give organizations an edge by driving digital transformation effectively.
