The role
You’ll be responsible for creating new opportunities across the DACH region and building pipeline for the senior sales team.
You’ll be:
- Prospecting hospitality businesses across DACH
- Running multi-channel outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Identifying and engaging decision-makers
- Qualifying prospects and booking demos for AEs
- Managing pipeline and activity in CRM
- Collaborating with sales & product teams to refine messaging
- Occasionally supporting industry events across Europe
✅ What they’re looking for
- Native-level German + fluent English
- Experience in SDR / BDR / outbound prospecting (SaaS preferred)
- Comfortable with cold outreach and building pipeline
- Strong communication and resilience
- Curious, proactive and motivated to grow in SaaS
