Overview Join to apply for the Tramitador de Siniestros Flotas (Implant) role at Marsh. This position is located in Madrid and is an Implant role with a hybrid system, requiring work on-site with the client 3 days per week.
Responsibilities Reporting to the Manager of Siniestros in the business unit, responsible for the end-to-end management of Fleet claims across their full scope.
Maintain ongoing interaction with clients, facilitating necessary information on the progress of procedures and providing required guidance.
Negotiate with insurance companies.
Lead meetings/committees with clients and internal areas.
Address client demand by seeking quality service solutions.
Lead discussions with insurers regarding coverage.
Ensure compliance with processes and procedures.
What you need to have More than three years of experience as a fleet claims handler in auto insurance.
Excellent communication skills.
High organizational capacity to prioritize objectives, meet deadlines and resolve problems.
Customer orientation (external and internal).
Focus on meeting SLAs.
Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
