As an Designer/Drafter, in our Engineering Services Division, you’ll get the chance to suport engineering design for projects that help support critical infrastructure and the safe, reliable operation of power systems around the world.
As a Designer/Drafter, a typical day might include the following: CAD design and drafting tasks using either MicroStation or AutoCAD software suites Analyze technical specifications; create detailed physical and electrical designs, bill of materials, and job estimates. Prepare schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts for protection and control equipment. Review vendor drawings and integrate equipment into design packages. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field teams to support project execution. Provide design support during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality control throughout the design process.
This job might be for you if: Have experience with CAD software (AutoCAD and/or Microstation). Are experienced working with electrical control schematics and wiring diagrams. You have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills (Spanish with intermediate English preferred).

Location This position is located in our Madrid, Spain office which is located near the Ramon y Cajal train station and has great access to metro and bus transport.
