About the role
Business Compliance Managers support the business by developing and releasing features for millions of Revolut customers.
We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to support and advise our product teams on compliance requirements and controls within the first line of defence. This is a hands-on role.

What you'll be doing
* Providing compliance expertise to the first line of defence and offering solutions to compliance challenges.
* Acting as a stakeholder between the first and second lines of compliance teams.
* Guiding retail products through regulatory requirements.
* Ensuring product launches are compliant and proactive.
* Identifying compliance risks in retail offerings.
* Developing strategies to address regulatory challenges.
* Collaborating to design compliance policies that meet legal standards and support business growth.
* Equipping product teams with compliance knowledge and tools.
* Acting as the liaison with regulatory bodies and ensuring audit readiness.
What you'll need
* At least 3 years’ experience in regulatory compliance.
* Experience in a top-tier bank, consultancy, or tech company.
* Understanding of compliance risk and business risk interaction.
* Adaptability to a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
