WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
- Support the review of environmental assessments at the space systems and missions level (Environmental Life-Cycle Assessment, LCA).
- Participate in activities to improve knowledge of the environmental impact of space activities and develop specific methods to assess it.
- Contribute to the development of space technologies and processes for the eco-design of satellites.
- Support the technical management of ESA Clean Space activities.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
- Experience in Environmental Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for complex systems (space-related or otherwise). Knowledge of ISO 14040 and 14044 standards.
- Flexibility for occasional travel within the EU.
