If you’re ready to create excellence with us, you’ll be appreciated and rewarded. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 pMission: What you will do… /p ul liAnalyze the evolution of the needs of the plant supply transport over the medium term (8 weeks). /li liOptimizing the means of transport programmed in the short‑mid‑term. /li liPerform optimisation of unscheduled requirements and analyse them to integrate into programming. /li liBuild transport schedules that meet the cost, time and quality objectives of each studied scope. /li liDevelop a transport plan with capacity consistent with plant activity (programming rate of about 85%). /li liSet up transport documentation when starting a new project or when deploying our information systems to a new supplier or customer plant. /li liContribute to the relationship between the carrier, the inbound Performance Manager and the transport destination plant. /li liBuild, implement and disseminate ETPs (Exceptional Transport Plans related to periods not rolled). /li liBuild, implement and disseminate partial transport plans that respond to a particular activity of the plant (days not worked on a plant, week at reduced rate, plant shutdown). /li liProvide analysis, processing and response to first‑level support questions for operations from factories, transporters, suppliers and standard packaging management team. /li liEnsure in turn the on‑call transport operations outside the standard hours of the operations teams. /li liAdjust the transport plan according to customer needs not taken into account by the scheduled transport: cancel or charter transport to meet deviations from the forecast plan. /li liSet up and manage urgent transports (troubleshooting). /li liMonitor and treat transport problems impacting supplies: treat malfunctions or alert with the necessary reactivity by following the standard escalation process, ensuring constant communication with the factory customer. /li /ul h3Education Experience /h3 ul liA higher technical degree in Supply Chain. /li liGood level of English (B2 as a minimum is required). French language is valuable. /li liCertifications in logistics, transportation management or supply chain management. /li liRelevant experience in transportation management or a related field (min 1 year). /li liKnowledge of supply chain processes. /li liFamiliarity with transportation management systems (TMS/SAP) is desirable. /li liFamiliarity with the unique challenges and requirements of transporting goods in the industry (automotive is valuable). /li liKnowledge of transportation regulations, compliance standards and international shipping requirements is essential. /li liKnowledge of relevant software and tools. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liCapacity to work in environments under pressure.
