Your Responsibilities

* Represent Surplex before insolvency administrators in bankruptcy proceedings
* Conduct market analysis and define target customers
* Acquire and build long-term customer relationships
* Negotiate and close deals
* Drive continuous market expansion

Outstanding performance requires initiative and a strong will to succeed. Are you someone who finds solutions independently and stays focused on the goal?

What You Should Bring

* Studies in Law (degree not required, but the studies/experience itself is a Must-Have)
* Proactive mindset and initiative in customer acquisition
* Experience in B2B sales
* The ambition to determine your own income
* Excellent commercial and negotiation skills

Q1: Establish your first 20 customer contacts and close your first projects

Q2: Position yourself as a trusted partner in your target market segment

From Q3: Continuous expansion and exceeding performance targets
