As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the main point of contact for incoming customer inquiries and will ensure users get the support they need. Key Responsibilities
* Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, providing efficient and solution‑oriented support
* Maintain thorough knowledge of our products, especially in audiovisual, music, and connectivity fields
* Record and manage all call details in the system, delivering timely resolutions within SLAs
* Collaborate with team members and provide support across teams to ensure seamless service
* Escalate issues when necessary to senior support, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution
What We’re Looking For
* Language Proficiency: C2/ fluent French and a strong command of English (B2 level or above)
* Experience: At least 1 year in customer service, preferably in technical support
* Technical Skills: Knowledge of signal connectivity, wireless networking, music, and AV products
* Customer Focus: Strong listening skills and a proactive approach to solving customer needs
* Team Player: Ability to take ownership of issues and work collaboratively to resolve them
