Your Responsibilities:
* Validation: Monitor user activity, report irregularities, and collaborate with the customer service team to enhance conversion rates and processes.
* Feedback analysis: Analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements and innovative ideas.
* Additional missions: Participate in other tasks based on your interests and skills as Holidog’s journey progresses.
Your Background and Skills:
* Team Player: Ability to work well in a team, communicate effectively, and report to a team leader or manager.
* Critical thinking: Make quick decisions, analyze situations critically.
* Experience: Prior experience in customer service, handling emails, online chat communication, familiarity with tools like Intercom, Olark, Zendesk.
* Curiosity: Positive attitude, willingness to learn, ask questions, and step out of comfort zone.
* Customer Focus: Passion for customer service and a desire to build a career in it.
* Language Skills: Flawless written and spoken English; fluency in French, Spanish, Italian, German, and/or Dutch is a significant advantage.

Additional Information
Type of contract: Full-time (35-40 hours/week), part-time also accepted, Monday to Friday (Saturdays if possible).
Remuneration: 400-650€ per month, depending on hours and profile.
