Steer the start up of any project in order to be first time rightFrame and align the project objectives with the project sponsor, stakeholders and teamDevelop a well-defined scope of work and execution plan that meets business goalsDevelop a realistic project schedule - define, sequence and estimate duration of activitiesManage project stakeholders. Ensure effective communication.
