AIRBUS
offers more than 70 vacancies for our full‑time graduate program in Spain –
#Discover II 2026/2027. The program starts on 5 October 2026 and runs until 1 October 2027.
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
Selection process : April 2026 – July 2026.
Program Overview
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program
(Discover)
designed for those who want the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to become professionals of the future. The program consists of a Master’s studies organized in three training blocks and an 11‑month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree.
The internship starts in early October 2026, lasts 11 months, is full‑time (40 h/week) and includes an attractive study grant.
Internship Job Description
Business Management for In‑Service Engineering – support to final customers (MROs, aircraft operators)
Knowledge to be acquired – Understanding and management of budget, headcount, and business deliverables
Use of data analytics associated with business management and improvement
In‑Service Engineering activities – resolution of customer queries, major repair projects and transformation projects
Use of Google Workspace
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree
English B2 level
General knowledge in business management and engineering
Analytical and problem‑solving skills
Team spirit and strong collaboration skills
Ability to work in complex and international environments
