In this role, youll collaborate with a portfolio of new clients to help them launch and optimize their first online advertising campaigns on Google Ads, making a tangible impact on their businesses. Youll work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on customer success and campaign development.

Purpose of the Role:As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will serve as a trusted consultant for customers, helping them develop Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns. You will focus on understanding customer needs, increasing advertising spend, upselling services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
\n
- Act as a strategic consultant to onboard and manage PPC campaigns for clients
- Understand customer needs and objectives to tailor solutions
- Increase ad spend, ensure upsell opportunities, and foster campaign sustainability
- Handle high volumes of customer inquiries and consultations via phone
Requirements:\n
- BA/BS degree or equivalent; MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising
- Strong goal orientation, with a focus on exceeding performance targets in productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive pitches and compelling proposals
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with an interest in customer interaction and business growth
- Team player who thrives in a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment
- Swedish language proficiency at C2 level
- High proficiency in English xugodme
- Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
- Competitive salary: 23,876 EUR gross/year + up to 3,408 EUR in bonuses
- Permanent contract
