As a System Engineers Team Lead, you’ll ensure that the company’s IT infrastructure operates smoothly, reliably, and securely. You will coordinate the work of system engineers, solve complex technical challenges, and guarantee the optimal performance of servers, networks, and cloud systems.
You will also plan improvements, oversee system performance, and ensure our technology foundation continuously supports business growth.
What are you going to do as a System Engineers Team Lead?
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of System Engineers
* Allocate resources, organize workloads, and ensure efficient task prioritization
* Oversee infrastructure operations, ensuring stability, reliability, and security
* Support and guide engineers in solving complex technical issues
* Plan infrastructure improvements and contribute to long‑term architectural decisions
* Monitor systems performance and ensure compliance with security and operational standards
* Collaborate with Security, Application teams, and Request queue processes
* Conduct performance reviews and development planning
* Build a succession and skills roadmap for the System Engineering team
What do you bring as a System Engineers Team Lead?
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
* Certifications in Microsoft security technologies (Azure Security Center, Microsoft Defender)
* 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator/Engineer in Microsoft environments
* Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Microsoft 365, and Azure
* Ability to automate repetitive IT tasks
* Solid understanding of networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, SD‑WAN, WiFi, TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
* Familiarity with virtualization platforms, Linux servers, and backup/security solutions
* Excellent troubleshooting skills and proactive mindset
* Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
* 3+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams
* Ability to mentor, guide, and develop system engineers
* Experience allocating resources and managing team workload
* Strong communication and collaboration across technical teams
