You will work closely with both customers and internal teams to support sustainable business growth and deliver real value.This role is based in Terrassa, Spain and has hybrid flexibility.ResponsibilitiesBuild strong relationships with key customers and identify opportunities to grow the business in the north of Spain & Basque Country.Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.Develop and keep account plans up to date, including growth opportunities, risks, and next steps.Review won and lost business to understand what works and where we can improve.Engage different stakeholders and connect proposals to clear business value.Identify internal obstacles and suggest practical improvements.Support commercially sound deal structures that balance growth, risk, pricing, and service performance.Present clear, data-based updates during monthly and quarterly business reviews.
