About the Role:
The Administration Officer is responsible for carrying out administrative duties and liaising with government agencies to secure certifications, licenses, and other government-sourced documents for business permits, staff documentation requirements, and other purposes.
Activities:
* Handling HR/Administrative tasks for employees in the Bakery plant.
* Supporting management with various reports.
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support the plant’s employees.
Requirements:
The potential candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Good communication and written English skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel dashboards and reports, PowerPoint presentations).
* Experience in administrative/HR-related services.
