Business Development Representative (German Market)
Location : Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at office)
Languages : Fluent German and English

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our EMEA Commercial Operations team. Based in Barcelona, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging with strategic prospects across the DACH region, helping them explore the value of cutting-edge industrial software solutions.

You will report to Senior Manager, High Velocity - EMEA.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate interest and schedule meetings
Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads and connect them with the right sales resources
Support pipeline development by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing leads
Use tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage and track engagement
Understand customer needs, behaviors, and industry trends to tailor your messaging
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns and share insights
Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
The Essentials - You Will Have :
At least one year of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (ideally in software or digital solutions)
Fluency in German and English
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales platforms
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
A passion for connecting with people
Ability to thrive in an agile environment
The Preferred - You Might Also Have :
Familiarity with Salesforce
Additional Details :
This is a remote-first sales role with occasional travel (less than 10 percent)
