Drives implementation and execution in a smaller HR organisation in line
with HR strategy and BU business goals. Acts as partner towards the
business and leverages CoE and general HR capabilities in meeting
business requirements.
Builds, leads & develops the HR organization in a small organisation or
cluster to deliver against BU and HR strategies. Executes the HR
Strategy by facilitation and providing expert advice to managers and
management teams. Leads the local HR organisation to deliver optimised
HR partnering and services to support business strategies.
