Responsibilities
* Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP CPI-based integration solutions.
* Manage complex cloud integration landscapes involving multiple systems and platforms.
* Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance in all CPI integration processes.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in SAP CPI and complex, global integration projects.
* Extensive experience leading complex, multi-system SAP CPI integration projects, including strategic planning and stakeholder management.
* Strong understanding of cloud-based business processes and SAP S/4HANA integration.
* Knowledge of API-based integration and security protocols (OAuth, SSL, etc.).
* Expertise in SAP CPI, API integration (REST/SOAP), XML, XSLT, and data transformation.
* Proficiency in handling hybrid integration landscapes, connecting on‑premise with cloud systems.
* Certifications: SAP CPI certification or related advanced certifications (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform certification).
* Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Regular client interaction to define CPI integration strategies and deliver solutions that meet their business needs.
* English full proficiency (required), proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
* Willingness to travel up to 25% based on project requirements.
* Experience with HR system integrations (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is advantageous for certain strategic projects.
