Requirements Requirements: 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM or Financials.Strong understanding of business processes and reporting within Workday.Client-facing or stakeholder engagement experience preferred.Ability to work independently in a remote setup.Based in Europe and eligible to travel to Spain without visa restrictions.Preferred: Workday certifications in HCM or Financials.Experience supporting demos, pre-sales, or product presentations.
