Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sant Just Desvern, Barcelona)

Currently we need to reinforce our HR team by incorporating a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Your Role
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, from job briefing to offer stage.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define candidate profiles.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency.
Your Skills
- At least 2 years previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
- Higher education in Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or similar. A Master's or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources is desirable.
- Essential high level of English
- Organized, decisive, proactive and committed person, with communication and teamwork skills.
