For one of our trusted international partners in customer experience solutions, we're hiring a Travel Support Agent with German to join a dynamic, multicultural team in Málaga .
What you'll do:
- Provide top-tier customer support to hotel guests via inbound calls in German
- Assist with bookings, reservations, and travel-related inquiries
- Turn challenges into positive experiences through empathy and professionalism
- Share detailed information about hotels, resorts, and destinations
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve cases efficiently
What we're looking for:
- Fluency in German & English (C1)
- Customer service experience is a plus—but attitude matters more! xsgfvud
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
- A positive, customer-first mindset
